We love fact-based decision making. We have to learn about our customer and their end users’ context of use, to know what has to be designed and built. First we perform observations of your end-users’ within their ‘natural habitat’ to find out what they do and how they do it right now. Secondly we will interview them to get to know why they do, what they do, the way they do it. Our findings help us to shape our first prototypes which we can once more validate in the field to close the feedback loop. This process can be repeated several times to iteratively reach the optimal product. This doesn’t just apply to product design, we can also assist you with process improvements.
